What Questions Do You Have?

  • 1. Do I need to take the Medical Certificate to the BMV or do you upload to the state for us?

    You will need to take the Certificate to your state BMV we upload it federally you must take to your state.

  • 2. What do we need to Bring with us when we are getting a DOT Physical?

    We need a valid Driver license. Also, if you have any medical conditions we need proper paper work from you primary care Physician (see Forms Page

  • 3. How long after doing my drug screens till I get the results?

    The most common time frame is 24-72 hours but varies. 

  • 4. Do I get the Drug screen results or will the company get them?

    If the company is paying for the drug screen they will get the results. If the drug screen is a private pay the payer will receive the results. 

  • 5. Do I need to bring my own mask for a respirator fit test?

    Yes, we want to fit the mask you will be using at your employment to make sure it fits ands works properly for you. 

  • 6. Are your doctors certified to do DOT physicals?

    Yes, all of our doctors are FMCSA certified and are on the Board (crme). 

  • 7. Do I need to bring my medication in with me?

    NO, If you are getting a Physical then we will need the Medication name, dosage, and milligram being taken we will not need to see the medication or bottle. If you are getting a drug screen we will NOT need any of your medication if there are any question you will get a call from the Medical review officer (MRO). 

  • 8. I am a diabetic what do I need to bring in with me?

    The name of all medications being taken, a current A1C (within 6 months). If you are on Insulin, we need the Insulin form filled out by your treating doctor as well as A1C and medications being taken. (see Forms Page

  • 9. I have stents or have had a heart attached what do I need to bring with me to get a DOT physical?

    WE NEED A CARDIOLOGY RELEASE FORM FROM YOUR CARDIOLOGIST AND A CURRENT STRESS TEST (STRESS TEST MUST BE WITHIN 2 YEARS).
